As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor supporting our sales team. You will understand customer technical and business challenges to propose effective Ffive solutions and help achieve sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Articulate the Ffive product strategy, messaging, and positioning, presenting our value proposition for customer business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager by providing technical validation, support, and sponsorship.
- Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources and share best practices.
What We're Looking For
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role like Solutions Engineer.
- Strong presentation, communication, and account management (pre-sales) skills.
- Expertise in solution designs for large scale environments.
- Experience with Data Center, Virtualization, and secure Cloud computing environments.
- Experience with container orchestration solutions like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Advanced experience with one of the following: Web application and API security; Denial of Service threats; Authentication and authorization; Automated threats and Bots.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, model behavior, bias, and limitations, as well as knowledge of how to use AI tools for content search, analysis, generation, task automation, and coding.
Nice to Have
- Ffive solution knowledge or relevant experience with key competitor offerings.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in German and English.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and SCM tools.
