CloudShare is hiring a Solution Engineer

Join a growing sales organization as a Solution Engineer based in Denver, CO, where you'll play a key technical role in advancing client engagements from initial interest to closed deals. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales Executives to assess customer needs, tailor product demonstrations, and clearly communicate the value of cloud-based solutions to stakeholders at all levels—including technical teams and executive leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver daily, customized demonstrations of the platform, highlighting features that align with client objectives
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand technical requirements and business challenges
  • Advise clients on optimal technology configurations and deployment strategies
  • Support global sales efforts, including occasional collaboration outside standard business hours
  • Assist in drafting proposals, completing security assessments, and finalizing technical requirements
  • Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date with opportunity progress and client feedback
  • Share insights with product and engineering teams to inform future enhancements
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients or support regional sales initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years in a pre-sales or technical sales engineering role, serving mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, VMware, or related technologies
  • Experience with training platforms or software delivery systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding deal value
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Work Environment & Benefits

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the downtown Denver office. The workspace is modern and includes free parking and an on-site gym. The role offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K plan, flexible paid time off, and 12 paid holidays annually. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 OTE per year, based on performance and experience.
