The Solution Engineer acts as a technical advisor and trusted partner to customers, working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions. This role is responsible for leading white-glove onboarding, creating technical proposals, and enabling product adoption across enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to shape deal and account strategies while managing high-touch onboarding experiences
- Adopt a solutions-first approach by identifying client objectives through targeted questioning and recommending implementation strategies that support business outcomes
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, from workflow design and implementation to QA and deployment
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to communicate client insights, advocate for customer requirements, and contribute to product enhancements
- Lead the technical aspects of RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
- Deliver customized, impactful product demonstrations tailored to specific industries and use cases, integrating technical guidance across web, iOS, Android, and cloud environments
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise settings in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or implementation roles
- Exceptional customer-facing abilities with experience engaging stakeholders across multiple levels and departments in large organizations
- Confident and effective presenter with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid technical background with practical knowledge of APIs, web development, iOS, Android, and system integration
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable with ambiguity and building processes independently
- Action-oriented with creativity and a strong commitment to solving customer challenges using a solutions-first mindset
