Lead Game Programmer – Shape the future of spatial computing from day one. You'll lead the design and implementation of an augmented reality platform that runs across mobile devices and next-generation AI glasses, ensuring robust architecture, seamless performance, and real-world usability.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain the full-stack AR platform architecture, spanning Unity, native mobile apps, and backend services
- Develop and deploy real-time, location-aware AR features with a focus on efficiency and responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers to bring computer vision capabilities into production environments
- Optimize performance across iOS, Android, and wearable hardware with limited resources
- Build and refine automated testing, CI/CD workflows, and release processes
- Work side-by-side with product, design, and creative teams to turn concepts into functional features
- Review code, guide technical direction, and support the growth of fellow developers
- Gain direct access to cutting-edge AR and AI glasses for development and testing
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of software development experience with a history of shipping and maintaining live products
- Deep technical expertise in Unity, mobile platforms, or real-time 3D applications
- Proven ability to own systems from concept through deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented mindset
- Passion for augmented reality, spatial interfaces, or AI-driven user experiences
- Experience optimizing software for performance on constrained devices
Nice to Have
- Background in computer vision or ML integration
- Familiarity with AR frameworks or wearable technology
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud
- Knowledge of WebGL or cross-platform development tools
