Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Solutions Consultant fluent in Italian and English. In this role, you will focus on building lasting client partnerships, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation and support. This position includes a fully paid relocation package.
What You'll Do
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand their business challenges and needs.
- Craft detailed solution proposals communicating advantages and implementation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions.
- Facilitate training and provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends to offer clients informed insights and recommendations.
- Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, project specifications, and outcomes.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in solutions consulting or a related field with a focus on client relations.
- Understanding of solution design and delivery processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate.
