Qodea is hiring a Solutions Consultant to demonstrate why our expertise is the right choice for organizations adopting Google Cloud. You will own the full sales cycle for large enterprise clients across North America, translating deep Google Cloud expertise into compelling solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closing—for large enterprise clients across North America.
- Partner with organizations to identify pain points, offering tailored Google Cloud solutions to boost productivity and ROI.
- Work with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver comprehensive proposals and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to proactively prospect and engage with leads to build a robust sales pipeline for a defined territory.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Ability to act as a 'trusted advisor' by articulating business value, ROI, and technical benefits tailored to specific enterprise pain points.
- Experience partnering with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and long-term client growth.
- Experience selling directly to C-suite and senior-level decision-makers within organizations.
Nice to Have
- Cloud platform experience.
- Familiarity with AI technologies.
- 7+ years of experience selling into Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Healthcare, MSSP/MSSP.
