Aderant seeks a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our field sales organization, playing a critical role in advancing the sales process. You will bring deep product expertise to customer engagements, delivering compelling demonstrations and clearly articulating how our solutions address business and technical needs. This role acts as the bridge between Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, championing the ADERANT application suite and ensuring customer requirements translate into successful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
- Represent the product in customer meetings and at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
- Respond confidently to functional and technical components of RFIs and RFPs.
- Partner with Sales to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Communicate market and customer feedback to Product Management and Marketing teams.
- Travel as needed across the assigned sales territory in North America.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or product-focused sales.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level accounting or financial systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal or professional services software is a strong plus.
