Singular is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support our pre-sales teams in a consultative, value-selling capacity. You will play a critical role in driving revenue by managing sales opportunities, demonstrating our platform, and managing proof of concepts.
What You'll Do
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities with Americas account executives to ensure Singular’s value is realized.
- Identify pain points in existing advertiser ad/martech workflows to emphasize the necessity of Singular products.
- Demonstrate the Singular platform to highlight customer use cases.
- Align with prospects’ BI/Analytics, Product, and Developer teams to address technical questions, RFPs, and competitive objections.
- Actively deploy and manage proof of concepts from scoping through execution against defined success criteria.
- Communicate internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers and relay their feedback to product management.
- Build customer trust through professional and swift onboarding.
- Hold demos, webinars, and customer training to drive revenue.
- Work with Marketing to develop training materials and train local teams.
- Prioritize products or feature requests from customers for the Product team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, value-based selling capacity.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing measurement, analytics, data management processes, and marketing databases.
- Experience and knowledge integrating mobile SDKs, JavaScript tags, and REST APIs.
- Experience with SaaS business models and a proven track record of attaining sales revenue targets.
- Experience in Ad Tech with attribution and/or analytics SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of Attribution, DMPs, and CDPs.
- Passion for solving problems.
