Alpha CRC Ltd. is hiring a Solutions Architect to combine deep technical expertise in localization with strong analytical and communication skills. You will be instrumental in driving growth for our technology-led language solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients from discovery through implementation.

What You'll Do

Assist the Business Development team throughout the technical sales process, including discovery, solution design, proposal development, presentations, and deal closure.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, identifying their localization technology challenges and designing tailored solutions for efficiency and scalability.
Stay current on localization technology trends, including CAT tools, TMS platforms, API integrations, automation, and emerging AI/ML technologies.
Work closely with internal technical teams, project managers, and engineering experts to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation success.
Evaluate existing and emerging tools, platforms, and workflows for their suitability for translation and localization needs.
Share insights and best practices across teams and collaborate with Marketing to promote knowledge throughout the company.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in localization engineering or solutions architecture, focusing on complex technology solutions and services.
Demonstrated success implementing localization solutions from discovery to implementation, on both client and supplier sides.
Proven experience with localization technologies, translation management systems, or related enterprise software.
Strong understanding of all localization aspects: TEP, MTPE, terminology, project management, MT/AI customization, file processing, workflows, automation, and QA.
Proficiency in solution architecture and technical documentation.
Experience with the implementation and customization of Translation Management Systems.
Deep knowledge of CAT tools and MT/AI implementation.
Expertise in automation, workflow management, and API integrations.
Confident technical communicator capable of engaging with CTOs, IT directors, and technical decision-makers.
Strong consultative selling skills to help translate technical requirements into business solutions.
Experience with technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations.
Familiarity with the IT/technology/Games sectors and the localization technology landscape.
A proactive, results-oriented, and technically curious self-starter.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage complex technical requests.
An analytical mind capable of unbiased technology evaluations.
Ability to work both independently and within teams, actively promoting knowledge sharing.
