TTEC Digital is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance, translating business needs into robust and scalable technical designs.

What You'll Do

Design and architect comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client requirements.
Lead technical discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and define solution scope.
Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and data models.
Provide expert guidance on D365 capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with client technology landscapes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Deep technical knowledge of the D365 platform, including core modules and configuration.
Strong ability to translate complex business processes into effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading the full solution lifecycle from design through deployment.
Client-facing consulting experience with a focus on building trusted advisor relationships.
