Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client architects and business leaders, delivering product training and tailored solutions for optimal outcomes
- Bridge business requirements with technical implementations to ensure alignment and effectiveness
- Apply structured delivery methods to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Diagnose and resolve critical implementation challenges, guiding teams to successful solutions
- Design and document innovative prototypes that address specific business challenges
- Provide expert guidance on system architecture, data indexing, search functionality, and user interface design
- Grow product adoption and deepen client relationships within enterprise accounts
- Participate in customer meetings and on-site engagements to shape future product development through feedback
- Develop comprehensive plans including action items, roadmaps, prototypes, final recommendations, and post-project reviews
- Collaborate with success management, engagement leads, and internal stakeholders to define project scope and goals
- Produce reusable resources such as tutorials, blog content, and tools to enhance solution delivery
- Design scalable tools and materials to improve efficiency in customer interactions
- Advocate for customer needs by gathering technical feedback and influencing product evolution
- Coordinate with engineering teams to track, prioritize, and resolve reported bugs and feature requests
- Stay current with product updates and communicate key changes internally and to customers as needed
