Responsibilities
- Design high-performance, scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure for large-scale software initiatives using MongoDB
- Advise customers on architectural best practices and optimization techniques, clearly conveying the business impact to decision-makers
- Partner with sales teams to support account growth through strategic planning, opportunity assessment, and leading technical engagements such as demos and proof-of-concept projects
- Stimulate new business opportunities by initiating technical outreach, attending industry events, and supporting targeted marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping ensure long-term satisfaction and advocacy
- Identify ways to enhance product offerings and internal processes by sharing field insights with product teams and mentoring colleagues
- Participate in continuous learning to maintain deep knowledge of MongoDB’s product portfolio and evolving industry trends
