Incedo is hiring a Senior Technical Lead - Network (Solutions Architect) to manage and maintain critical client network infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure the availability, performance, and security of our clients' networks through proactive monitoring and expert problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement network infrastructure for clients.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network performance and security.
- Implement network security measures such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network integration and functionality.
- Manage network access controls and permissions.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- A B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university; a computer science background is preferred.
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and routing protocols.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices like switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
- Understanding of network security concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow professionally, with a focus on career management.
