Responsibilities

  • Possess comprehensive understanding of the company's core platform and niche offerings.
  • Identify and engage potential prospects within current customer accounts to uncover new business avenues.
  • Apply a consultative sales model by assessing client challenges and aligning them with tailored solutions based on the company's capabilities.
  • Execute full-cycle sales processes from initial outreach to contract finalization, following established sales frameworks.
  • Leverage sales technology tools to identify prospects, set up discovery calls, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue.
  • Keep CRM data current with accurate deal tracking, forecasting, and periodic reporting on expected and closed business.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitive dynamics, client strategic goals, and industry trends to shape account growth strategies.
  • Work closely with account management teams to uncover expansion potential, validate opportunities, and strengthen the sales pipeline.
