Responsibilities
- Exhibit comprehensive understanding of the organization's core platform and niche offerings.
- Identify and engage potential prospects within current client accounts to uncover new business avenues.
- Apply a consultative sales methodology by assessing client challenges and aligning them with tailored technology solutions.
- Deliver high-performance sales execution by overseeing all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to contract finalization, following established protocols.
- Leverage sales enablement tools to identify prospects, set up introductory conversations, improve conversion ratios, and drive revenue generation.
- Keep CRM data current with precise deal tracking, consistently update forecasts, and report on expected revenue and closed deals.
- Actively collect market intelligence on competitive dynamics, client strategic objectives, and industry trends to shape account-specific growth strategies.
- Partner with account management teams to identify expansion potential, assess opportunity viability, and strengthen the sales pipeline.
Compensation
The compensation range listed in this job description reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
