Responsibilities
- Identify customer business challenges and lead focused discovery sessions or workshops
- Collaborate with business users to define, develop, and demonstrate solution prototypes
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations for clients, industry events, and online webinars
- Clearly communicate the business benefits of the platform to audiences across organizational levels
- Respond to technical, product, and security inquiries in RFPs and RFIs
- Pursue ongoing certifications in product, sales, and relevant technologies to expand expertise
- Contribute actively to team knowledge by sharing insights, learning from others, and supporting collaboration
- Demonstrate understanding of data integration and migration strategies to support enterprise sales processes
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Meet quarterly and annual performance goals set by leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding prospects and customers with strategic guidance
