Responsibilities
- Respond to technical questions from potential clients via meetings, phone calls, or email
- Guide organizations through Proof of Concept implementations, providing end-to-end support
- Onboard new customers with kick-off meetings, progress tracking, training, and setup optimization
- Collaborate with support teams by resolving configuration-related support requests
- Lead configuration reviews to ensure clients fully leverage product capabilities
- Deliver actionable feedback to engineering, product, and marketing teams in a timely manner
- Explore emerging mobile security and hacking technologies as part of ongoing research
