This role partners with sales teams to deliver technical expertise during customer engagements, translating security requirements into effective solutions and supporting the sales cycle with demonstrations and architectural guidance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer objectives and technical environments
- Design and present secure system architectures tailored to client needs
- Deliver product demonstrations that highlight key security capabilities
- Respond to technical inquiries from prospective customers
- Assist in proof-of-concept deployments and evaluations
- Translate customer security challenges into technical requirements
- Support the creation of solution proposals and responses to RFPs
- Provide input on product feedback from customer interactions
- Work with engineering teams to clarify product functionality
- Stay current with evolving security threats and technology trends
- Participate in pre-sales activities across various industries
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluation phases
- Maintain documentation for solution designs and configurations
- Assist in developing sales enablement materials
- Engage in technical discussions during customer meetings
- Support negotiation phases with technical clarifications
- Coordinate with partners when integrations are involved
