About the Role
The role involves working closely with clients in the DACH region to understand their technical requirements, design tailored solutions, and guide them through integration and onboarding processes. The individual will act as a technical advisor, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term success of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and technical environments
- Design and present customized solution architectures for prospective clients
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
- Support the integration of platform solutions into client systems
- Provide expertise during proof-of-concept and pilot phases
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during onboarding
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solution requirements are met
- Assist in defining data exchange standards and API configurations
- Document technical workflows and solution designs
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client use cases
- Act as a technical point of contact throughout the pre-sales cycle
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Support internal teams with technical insights from client engagements
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and platform capabilities
- Contribute to improving onboarding processes based on client feedback
