- Assist in proof-of-concept development and validation
- Provide technical input during contract negotiations
- Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth handover
- Troubleshoot technical issues during deployment phases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and updates
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Document solution designs and configuration details
- Ensure compliance with security and data standards
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones
- Support responses to requests for proposals and information
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal departments
- Participate in customer onboarding and training sessions
- Monitor emerging technologies relevant to platform offerings
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices
