ECS Federal is looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team. This role will entail working closely with the client to understand needs and pain-points, and designing, configuring, and implementing technical solutions across a range of cloud providers, virtualization platforms, and supporting infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Find intelligent ways to solve problems without a lot of repeat work
Leverage expertise to advise and create solutions that are simple, secure, and maintainable
Build, maintain, and update automation code and/or scripts
Support Linux and Windows environments
Help develop strategies to scale, secure, monitor, and maintain cloud hosted services
Optimize the observability of the environment
Design and implement continuous integration and delivery automation in support of software, configuration, and infrastructure management
Support, architect, and troubleshoot network changes in a hybrid cloud environment
Develop microservices and applications
Find opportunities to use data and metrics to inform decisions and create changes to improve the environment
