Responsibilities
- Drive the configuration and deployment of OMP modules, including Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, and Operational Planning.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and Bluecrux functional consultants to translate business needs into clear system requirements.
- Take a hands-on role in the technical design and configuration of OMP functionalities such as pyramids, conflicts, dashboards.
- Collaborate with business teams to validate OMP solutions through unit testing, SIT and UAT.
- Support user training, knowledge transfer and change adoption to ensure clients can successfully use OMP after the solution goes live.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning transformations
- At least 6 months hands on OMP configuration
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Hands on experience implementing and configuring OMP applications
- Good understanding of supply chain planning processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data-driven mindset and strong conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Willingness to travel globally
- Valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months

- Knowledge of specialist topics such as solver tuning, SAP & OMP interface, the Dispatcher
