Responsibilities
- Own and ensure predictable revenue delivery through retention marketing efforts
- Use data-backed insights to build forecasts and shape strategic direction
- Ensure consistent performance delivery for clients
- Proactively communicate the rationale behind retention strategies
- Connect forecasts with executed marketing tactics (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.)
- Act as a zealous advocate and representative of CTC's unique retention approach and tools
- Lead with precision and vision to meet high standards of execution and effectiveness
- Take ownership of outcomes and drive excellence in marketing strategies
- Build, optimize, and scale high-performance marketing strategies
- Align with the team and contribute to the 'Brain Trust' for cross-client ideas
- Manage, align, and collaborate with team members in the pod including Growth Strategist, Meta/Google/Channel Media Buyer, and Creative Strategist
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
- Maintain data integrity for clients across Statlas and other tracking tools
- Be responsible for the execution of the Prophit system for clients
- Build an email forecast for clients
- Utilize a growth map using the Prophet System
- Conduct data analysis of past campaigns and flows
- Align and maintain the marketing calendar with clients
- Execute and actualize monthly performance vs. forecast
- Make tactical deconstructions and determine additional resources needed to meet KPIs
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop future strategic plans
- Be an early adopter when pivoting strategies
- Lead in situations that present obstacles to execution
- Leverage tools like memberships, subscriptions, loyalty programs, popups, quizzes, cart drawers, post-purchase upsell tools, and direct mail to impact retention metrics
- Maintain and manage CTC's ideologies and processes across accounts
- Monitor active campaigns and deploy additional resources or update strategy to hit projected targets
- Implement tests to beat best-performing campaigns
- Ensure deliverables are 100% on-brand in collaboration with designers and copywriters
- Ensure automations, campaigns, and retention tools are technically correct and work together to achieve business outcomes
- Ensure client alignment with forecast and strategy
- Maintain above-benchmark client satisfaction rate feedback
- Ensure 100% execution of the Prophit system within required timelines
- Ensure all work is delivered on time with optimal quality and attention to detail
- Act as a champion of communication to align clients on retention and revenue goals
- Ensure team clarity on requirements with exact deadlines
- Send daily performance updates to the client
- Ensure weekly alignment with clients on strategy and forecast
- Provide weekly updates via Slack
- Report as required, collaborating with Growth Strategists and Media Buyers
- Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement
