Workday is hiring a Solution Consultant- FINS

In this role, you will communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's Financials applications to prospects and customers, articulating and differentiating their value.

What You'll Do

• Deliver relevant product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions about our solution and product offerings.
• Contribute to prospect qualification, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans.
• Support all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Travel up to 50%.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in core accounting (GL, AR, AP), Projects, and Financial Reporting.
• 3+ years of accounting functional, implementation, and/or consulting experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects individually as well as cross-functionally.
• Exceptional and dynamic presentation and communication skills.
• Desire and ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to business challenges.
• Experience working with operational, financial, and analytics data.
• Unrivaled professional presentation experience, including to the C-Suite.

Nice to Have

• 6+ years of experience in core accounting (GL, AR, AP), Projects, and Financial Reporting.
• 4+ years of accounting functional, implementation, and/or consulting experience.
• Experience with value-based selling.
• Prior presales experience selling EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications to the CFO’s organization.

Team & Environment

You will be a member of the Large Enterprise Solution Consulting Financial Services North America team, sitting at the intersection of Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $105,000 USD - $157,600 USD + equity.
• May be eligible for annual refresh stock grants.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in the USA, New York area (Home Office).
