Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose Atlassian-focused solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops tailored to client use cases
- Prepare and deliver compelling RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals that align with customer requirements
- Stay informed about the latest Atlassian tools, features, and integrations to advise clients on the best-fit solutions
- Design scalable, secure and efficient solutions around Atlassian tools for cloud and data center instances of Jira, Service Management, and Confluence platforms, others (Atlassian platform)
- Guide solution design, architecture, implementation, automations, and integrations across Atlassian platform
- Work with internal customers to identify their Atlassian needs, promote best practices, and actively design the architecture of Atlassian solutions
- Oversee and scale the Atlassian ecosystem ensuring best-in-class services to its customers
- Implement Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management & related Atlassian products as a complete solution such as Collaboration Solution, Tracking System, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, Task Management, and more
- Provide Customer Support on-site or remotely with high Quality of Service on Atlassian products
- Accountable on high Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction
- Collect functional and technical requirements from Client when needed and write the technical specifications document
- Handle escalations and effectively resolve any Atlassian-related issues that may arise during the service delivery process
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in service delivery and project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for any Atlassian-related service delivery issues or concerns
- Manage and oversee the implementation of Atlassian solutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project execution
- Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
- 5 + years of Jira administration experience within a large enterprise environment
- Understanding of Atlassian products and their enterprise applications
- Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating Atlassian tools into cloud environments
- Experience in REST APIs and Web Services
- Conceptual and practical understanding of ITIL and CI/CD
- Know-how in Active Directory, Linux, Web App, DB Servers
- Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical teams
- Customer oriented with a good understanding of milestones deliverables and SLAs
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum, is a big plus
