Requirements
- 5+ years in HCM consulting
- deep understanding of Software-as-a-Service delivery models and how they integrate into enterprise ecosystems
- ability to translate 'tech-speak' into 'business-speak' effortlessly, tailoring your message for HR directors or CTOs alike
- enjoy digging into the data to build a compelling narrative for change
