Responsibilities
- Support sales by guiding prospects from initial discovery through customized demonstrations and designing compatible solution architectures.
- Conduct technical workshops and in-depth assessments to evaluate feasibility and alignment with customer environments.
- Design scalable system architectures with recommendations for integration, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to integrate customer feedback into product evolution.
- Create standardized templates, reference models, and operational guides for internal use.
- Provide technical training and strategic insights to empower customer-facing teams.
