HERO Software is looking for a Solution Architect - Low-Code/No-Code (w/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing tailored automation solutions, and driving sales closures. Your work will involve planning, implementing, and testing solutions while directly optimizing our clients' business processes.

What You'll Do

• Identify customer needs and develop customized automation solutions to optimize client business processes.
• Plan, implement, and test automation solutions in close coordination with customers.
• Optimize business processes through the targeted use of leading automation tools to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Work within the team on the conception and technical implementation of new, innovative automation workflows.
• Create concise and compelling documentation of discussed content with customers and ongoing implementations.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with automation platforms: Make (Integromat), Power Automate, Zapier, or N8n.
• Sales skills: Ability to win customers through expertise and achieve sales closures.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality to find clear, effective solutions.
• Customer-oriented work: Ability to recognize customer needs and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Enthusiasm for technology: Enjoy testing new tools and technologies to develop innovative solutions.
• Structured working style: Ability to set priorities and implement projects efficiently and purposefully.
• Minimum German language skills at C1 level.
