WongDoody GmbH is looking for a Solution Architect to connect creativity, technology, and intelligence in building agentic and visual AI experiences. You will design end-to-end digital ecosystems, act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and enable scalable, intelligent solutions through API-first, composable architectures.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end digital ecosystems that connect frontends, backends, and AI systems through modular, API-first design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements to ensure the solution aligns with cost constraints, business goals and strategy
- Define the overall architecture of the system (applications, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, etc.), ensure their scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Shape data and content orchestration layers that unify CMS, DAM, CRM, and GenAI systems into a connected platform
- Work closely with our team of AI / Backend / Frontend / DevOps Engineers, UX Designers and CGI / Content Teams to create intelligent, composable applications and experiences
- Create architecture documentation and diagrams outlining key decisions and solutions to technical challenges
- Design integration interfaces and pipelines for GenAI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Vertex AI), visual AI tools (ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, n8n), and enterprise systems
- Guide teams through security, observability, and deployment best practices, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Transfer knowledge to the team through internal training and workshops
- Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend suitable adoption strategies for customer projects and suggest improvements on cost, performance, and maintainability
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems design, or technical leadership
- Proven experience designing solutions across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue) and backend API development (PHP, Node.js, Python)
- Knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, A2A, Bedrock) and how to connect them with content systems
- Experience integrating visual AI and creative technologies into marketing and content workflows
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures
- Ability to simplify complex technical systems into clear architectural documentation and communicate effectively with designers and business stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of security best practices, data modeling, and system performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, IaC with Terraform or ARM)
- Curiosity for creative technology, you see architecture not just as structure, but as an enabler of storytelling and innovation
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop interdisciplinary teams in innovative projects
- Very good German and English language levels (C1+)

- Experience with IBM watsonx / Watson AI or enterprise-grade AI integration
