As a Solution Architect, you will play a central role in translating customer objectives into actionable, technically sound solutions. You’ll engage directly with clients to understand their strategic goals, assess their existing technology landscape, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth conversations with stakeholders to uncover technology priorities and operational challenges.
- Analyze current infrastructure, business workflows, and future plans to define viable solution paths.
- Identify technical and business constraints, proposing strategies to overcome potential roadblocks.
- Serve as a CSR within the Core-3 squad or a comparable role, managing the scope and direction of solution design.
- Work closely with technical teams to define solution components and prioritize implementation activities.
- Support the creation and delivery of business cases, technical justifications, and solution proposals.
Required Expertise
You bring a strong foundation in consultative engagement, technical architecture, and solution lifecycle delivery. Experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated ability to lead design discussions is essential. Proficiency in hardware systems, virtual environments, network protocols, and interface design is required. Additional strengths in financial and business analysis, technical sales, and mentoring will support your success.
