Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
- Possession of a valid provincial driver’s license, current insurance, and a clean driving record with minimal or no demerits
Nice to Have
- Two-year associate degree or technical certification in a field such as Technology, Electronics, or Mechanics
- Experience or certification operating Forklift, Excavator, or Wheel Loader
- Prior exposure to solids control systems
- One or more years of experience in dewatering or handling water-based mud and transfer operations
- Hands-on experience with shaker tanks, centrifuges, drying equipment, and pumps
- Background in operating heavy machinery such as Forklift, Excavator, or Wheel Loader
- Hold valid certifications in WHMIS, H2S awareness, CPR and First Aid, and Lockout Tagout (LOTO)
- Basic knowledge of drilling fluid characteristics and behavior
Work Arrangement
On-site — Calgary, Canada
Other
- Work schedule includes 12-hour shifts on a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation
- Assignment to one or more active projects as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada to remote sites
- Responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized worksite using pressure washing tools
- Strict adherence to all safety procedures and protocols
- Capability to perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, rain, and heat
- Ability to be away from home for 14 consecutive days or more during assigned rotation
- Maintenance of cleanliness and order in shared living accommodations
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
- Possession of a valid provincial driver’s license, current insurance, and a low-demerit driving record
- Position is classified as safety-sensitive; pre-employment drug and alcohol testing (urine and/or breath) is required
