Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 issues across .NET applications, integrations, APIs, and Azure services.
- Perform root cause analysis on backend services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, web apps, and SQL databases.
- Monitor application health and performance using Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, and workbooks
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing, and support UAT cycles for application updates.
- Validate Azure deployments, configurations, and environment health in partnership with DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
- Deliver small enhancements, bug fixes, refactoring, and API debugging within the .NET codebase.
- Support release management activities, including pre‑ and post‑release validation and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvements, and operational efficiency using Azure services.
