J.S. Held LLC is hiring a Software Operations Engineer to maintain the stability and performance of our critical enterprise applications. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the health, reliability, and continuous improvement of systems built on Azure, .NET, and Angular.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 issues across .NET applications, integrations, APIs, and Azure services.
- Perform root cause analysis on backend services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, web apps, and SQL databases.
- Monitor application health and performance using Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, and workbooks.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing, and support UAT cycles for application updates.
- Validate Azure deployments, configurations, and environment health in partnership with DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
- Deliver small enhancements, bug fixes, refactoring, and API debugging within the .NET codebase.
- Support release management activities, including pre- and post-release validation and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvements, and operational efficiency using Azure services.
What We're Looking For
- Solid .NET experience.
