Raptor Technologies is hiring a Software Implementation Specialist

About the Role

The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in driving successful client onboarding by overseeing project execution and supporting the company's growth through effective deployment of software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-sale meetings with clients to showcase software capabilities and functionalities.
  • Perform system setup and configuration tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Lead standard implementation processes for clients in smaller markets.
  • Apply broad expertise across the organization's software offerings.
  • Follow established team protocols and keep official records updated.
  • Tailor software components such as Visitor Management, Kiosk, Premium Volunteer, Drill Manager, Raptor Alert, Accountability, StudentSafe, and SchoolPass based on client needs.
  • Send follow-up emails summarizing calls, including resources and key details.
  • Keep Salesforce records accurate with correct data entry, Chatter updates, and document uploads.
  • Lead product configuration calls via Microsoft Teams to ensure client understanding of system features.
  • Complete additional assignments such as CRG Maps setup, data imports, GeoFencing, and Drill Backdating.
  • Oversee client projects to ensure full deployment of Visitor Management, Kiosk, and Premium Volunteer modules.
  • Complete other related duties as required.
