Responsibilities
- Implement AI agent technologies to modernize and automate contact center routing workflows.
- Develop cloud-native automation systems using Python and large language models.
- Utilize AWS or Azure platforms, including compute, storage, and serverless components, to design scalable architectures.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
- Produce and update technical documentation to support system maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Deliver regular progress reports to team leads and stakeholders on project status and milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of practical experience in Python programming with solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- Proven background in working with large language models and AI agents, including prompt engineering and API integrations.
- More than three years of hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Practical experience developing user interfaces with React.
- Demonstrated ability in writing automation scripts.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings.
- Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js or Java programming languages.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for AI and ML workflows.
- Knowledge of contact center platforms such as Genesys Engage or Amazon Connect.
