About the Role
The role involves developing and optimizing key components of an iOS application, ensuring high performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience. Engineers will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features while maintaining existing codebases.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for iOS applications
- Optimize performance and responsiveness of the core product
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to define feature requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across different iOS versions and devices
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning
- Ensure application stability through automated and manual testing
- Integrate with backend services and APIs
- Monitor application performance and user feedback
- Improve development workflows and tooling
- Stay current with iOS platform updates and industry trends
- Support deployment and release processes
- Collaborate on security and privacy improvements
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice to Have
- Experience with Core Data or similar persistence frameworks
- Familiarity with Combine or reactive programming
- Knowledge of app store submission processes
- Experience with analytics and telemetry tools
- Background in audio or media processing technologies
