Responsibilities
- Build and own critical external integrations that help customers get value from Juicebox quickly and reliably.
- Work on ATS integrations, mailbox integrations, and SSO.
- Help make messy external systems work in production.
- Build integration logic.
- Debug sync issues.
- Handle edge cases.
- Develop scalable patterns around complex external dependencies.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort working in code
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, or third-party integrations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong debugging instincts
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High ownership and persistence in ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Have experience with ATS or HR tech systems
- Have worked on mailbox, identity, or integration-heavy products
- Have experience in a startup or highly cross-functional technical role
