Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for software validation
- Design scalable testing frameworks for frontend and backend systems
- Integrate test pipelines into CI/CD workflows
- Identify, report, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Validate API behavior across multiple environments
- Maintain test environments and data configurations
- Monitor test coverage and improve through code analysis
- Conduct performance and load testing as needed
- Review software requirements for testability
- Improve testing efficiency through tooling and process refinement
- Document test plans and execution results
- Support release validation and regression testing
- Evaluate third-party tools for testing enhancements
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
- Participate in code and test design reviews
- Troubleshoot complex system interactions
- Contribute to root cause analysis of production issues
- Implement end-to-end testing scenarios
- Work with product teams to understand feature specifications
- Optimize test execution speed and reliability
- Maintain version control for test assets
- Support cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility checks
- Stay current with testing methodologies and industry trends
- Assist in onboarding new team members to testing practices
