TCP Software is hiring a Software Engineer in Test - Mobile to ensure and control the quality of our developed mobile application solutions, with a focus on healthcare compliance. You will plan, design, and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing for our iOS and Android platforms.
What You'll Do
- Ensure and control the quality of developed mobile application solutions in accordance with defined specifications, internal technical standards, and methodologies.
- Represent the QA team at product planning meetings, contributing key insights for mobile app quality and user experience.
- Plan and design mobile test scenarios and test cases tailored for iOS and Android platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive product testing on mobile devices and emulators, validating functionality, usability, and performance.
- Implement effective processes and procedures for automated mobile test development.
- Use automated test tools and programming scripts to automatically test mobile applications.
- Create and maintain clear documentation related to mobile testing activities, results, and processes.
- Report on conducted mobile testing, including test coverage, defects, and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure and control the quality of application solutions in accordance with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI handling, audit readiness, etc.).
- Represent the QA function in product planning meetings, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and healthcare workflow needs are considered.
- Execute manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory areas with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and error-free healthcare operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant mobile QA experience (manual and automated).
- Good knowledge of API & UI testing frameworks and concepts as applied to mobile healthcare platforms.
- Hands-on experience with an automated test framework using Java OOP language.
- Experience with GIT and Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience testing solutions in AWS cloud environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail essential for healthcare product quality and patient safety.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working on SaaS projects, ideally in healthcare, workforce management, or other regulated industries.
