Work with developers, product managers, and QA teams to build and sustain automated test frameworks for Android and iOS mobile apps. Ensure high-quality releases by integrating comprehensive testing practices across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and operational phases based on guidance from senior team members.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
- Make independent technical decisions using internal standards and industry best practices with minimal daily oversight.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Enhance and manage mobile test frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing using automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and testing methodologies.
- Identify, document, and analyze software defects to ensure thorough test coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience, with at least three years in relevant roles.
- Demonstrated experience in automating tests for Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Proficiency with testing tools such as Appium, Espresso, and XCTest.
- Strong coding skills in Python, NodeJS, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Experience working with CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.

Compensation
$143,500.00 - $212,850.00 Annually. Equity may be included as part of compensation. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus or other incentive compensation
