Responsibilities
- Evaluate business operations to identify improvement areas and recommend intelligent process automation strategies.
- Create new robotic process automation workflows or maintain and enhance existing ones.
- Construct document processing systems using optical character recognition, categorization, and data extraction methods.
- Design solutions that are independent of specific platforms to allow future tool migration.
- Connect automation bots with enterprise platforms using APIs or other integration methods.
- Adhere to defined coding, testing, and deployment standards and procedures.
- Deploy and manage automation systems within AWS cloud environments.
- Leverage AWS components such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS in workflow automation.
- Oversee bot execution, diagnose issues, and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and support staff to interpret requirements and resolve automation issues.
- Partner with quality assurance teams to verify automation workflows prior to release.
- Engage in Agile rituals and assist with task estimation and project planning.
- Discover ways to increase process efficiency and minimize operational errors.
- Develop shared components, code libraries, and best practices for the automation team.
- Keep current with emerging automation tools and advancements in cloud computing.
