Responsibilities

  • Configure client-facing applications according to specifications collected by engagement teams, ensuring compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) requirements.
  • Modify client-facing applications based on requirements from engagement teams while following MLR guidelines.
  • Act as the representative for the Application Operations and Development team across all ongoing projects.
  • Attend and contribute to daily stand-up meetings for application operations and development.
  • Adhere to defined change management procedures when implementing updates across applications.
  • Record and keep current standard operating procedures for application operations and development.
  • Develop and publish WIKI documentation for recurring processes to enable team knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Application Development team to deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.
  • Establish and prepare environments for all new client implementations.
  • Set up Single Sign-On integrations tailored to client-specific builds.
  • Assist in building unit tests for products to support future regression testing efforts.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators in application development, such as bug density, sprint performance, and test coverage.
