Jerry.ai is seeking a Software Engineer I in Toronto. This role is for recent graduates ready to make a real-world impact and level up their skills in a high-growth startup. You'll join an engineering pod and write production code within weeks, helping us scale from 5M to 50M users as we build the first AI-powered AllCar™ app.
What You'll Do
- Write production code within your first few weeks.
- Join one of our engineering pods (core app, retention, automation) based on your interests and skills.
- Ship regularly, work closely with product teams, and contribute to a mission that matters.
- Build high-quality, user-first software.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or graduating soon).
- Eagerness to learn, build, and grow.
- A love for learning and comfort with ambiguity.
- Hustle and curiosity.
- Pride in building high-quality, user-first software.
Nice to Have
- Internship, co-op, or side project experience is a plus—but not required.
