Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and designers to identify user needs, craft solutions, and deliver features that delight customers worldwide.
- Collaborate with customers to integrate Speechmatics into their products and workflows.
- Gain real-world experience in problem-solving, implementation, and ensuring our technology has maximum impact.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable systems that power Speechmatics.
- Contribute to the core infrastructure, APIs, and tools that enable seamless deployment of our speech technology.
Requirements

- Graduate with a background in STEM, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines, or comparable work experience.
- Confident in Python, Golang, and/or JavaScript and excited to develop skills in software engineering and product development.
- A problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
