About the Role
Provide dedicated travel support to Norwegian-speaking customers, resolving inquiries and assisting with travel planning and coordination through remote channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian regarding travel plans and bookings
- Assist travelers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and reservations
- Offer guidance on travel documentation, entry requirements, and local regulations
- Troubleshoot issues related to flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service actions
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry standards
- Deliver timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service disruptions
- Monitor travel advisories and communicate updates to affected customers
- Support customers during emergencies or unexpected travel disruptions
- Use internal systems to manage bookings and customer profiles
- Follow up on unresolved issues until resolution is achieved
