Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven growth workflows using the company platform for internal use and customer-facing productization across industries
- Refine service delivery strategies and resource models by shifting between hands-on execution and long-term planning
- Leverage the platform to enhance internal operations and customer processes while validating new applications
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop templates and workflows tied to product releases and customer growth opportunities
- Work across engineering, design, customer experience, growth, and content teams to accelerate feature launches and refine them based on user feedback
- Track key performance indicators, identify patterns, propose improvements, and regularly report insights to executive leadership
- Support UX research efforts with the design team to boost customer engagement and conversion rates across the user journey
- Test platform features and provide actionable feedback to enhance usability and customer experience
