What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable and robust technical solutions across diverse platforms including Salesforce and advanced backend systems.
- Collaborate across multi-functional teams to deliver connected, consistent, and intelligent experiences for Go-To-Market and Customer Experience teams.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities into solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Unlock new data-driven insights that contribute to Cisco's strategic goals and global impact.
- Work in Agile teams to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Advanced skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI/UX design.
- Expertise in server-side languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or C#).
- Experience with API development (REST/GraphQL).
- Database design experience with SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with scalable microservices architecture.
- Proven experience integrating with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth and JWT.
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control.
- Experience with automated testing and code reviews.
- Familiarity with modern SDLC practices.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent English communication skills for global collaboration.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Proven leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on cross-functional projects.

- MuleSoft Developer or Architect certifications.
- Equivalent cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated interest in expanding Salesforce or cloud expertise.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Ability to propose system enhancements.
- Leverage analytics or AI to improve system efficiency and data reliability.
- Interest in AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working across technical and business teams.
- Strong communication and documentation habits to ensure clarity and effective knowledge sharing.
