Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- At least four years of experience developing web-based applications
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Go, Kotlin, C#, Python, or Java
- Strong frontend skills using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React
- Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude in daily development
- Experience running agentic workflows where AI handles complex, multi-step tasks
- Ability to assess, refine, and take full responsibility for AI-generated code—including knowing when human intervention is essential
- Strategic thinker with attention to technical detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Skilled at breaking down complex challenges into iterative, deliverable solutions
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker
- Cloud experience, including deployment, architecture, and service management
