Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications that empower beauty and wellness businesses to operate and grow.
- Build new AI features for our customers.
- Develop and define our microservice-based infrastructure.
- Build tools and solutions that enable internal teams to work faster, more effectively, with more confidence, and improve the value they can provide our users (Business Scalability team).
- Work on core experiences such as making payments friction-free for clients and customers, building tools to help customers earn more per hour, or enabling businesses to effortlessly grow and manage their teams.
- Focus on front-end development, crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications.
- Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security for our backend systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong desire to move fast and have a significant impact.
- Hands-on experience building with AI/ML APIs or LLMs, you've shipped something real using AI, whether in a production environment or a meaningful side project.
- You think critically about where AI adds genuine value and how to integrate it responsibly into a product.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and contribute new ideas to solve challenging problems.
- Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and team spirit.
