Obilet is looking for a Software Development Team Lead to guide the development process for our consumer web platform and core business API. You'll take full responsibility for delivering new features and maintaining our systems while contributing to engineering leadership and team mentorship.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team's software development process, delivering new features for the obilet.com B2C web application and business API, along with system maintenance.
- Contribute to internal coding standards and development practices.
- Monitor team members' output quality through active mentoring and code reviews.
- Participate in product backlog prioritization and monitor progress with product ownership.
- Share responsibility for system monitoring, reliability, and first-response efforts during incidents.
- Contribute to the design and development of the web application frontend and business API backend.
- Identify, investigate, and implement solutions to business requirements.
- Ensure the web application and API meet current web standards and accessibility requirements.
- Follow industry best practices and recommend possible enhancements.
- Maintain the existing web application and business API.
- Follow implemented source control and versioning guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the technical leadership of a team of 5-10 developers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining products with real-world usage in .NET technologies.
- Strong English skills to follow technical literature.
- Experience developing interactive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience developing web applications with critical mobile compatibility and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
- Experience with the whole Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core, .NET Core Web API, .NET Core MVC).
- Good knowledge of T/SQL and MSSQL Server.
- A strong interest in the future of web application development.
- Experience with build procedures based on Gulp or Grunt.
- Worked on at least one cloud technology, preferably Amazon Web Services.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web services, particularly RESTful services with .NET Core Web API.
