Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Software Business Analyst to enhance and optimize complex software systems by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will work closely with internal and external clients to gather requirements and produce detailed technical documentation for software enhancements.

What You'll Do

Gather and analyze requirements from various internal and external stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical documentation.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans ensuring software quality.
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on analysis progress.
Support the continuous improvement of software development and testing processes.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Business Analyst in a SaaS environment or working with complex software systems.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and quality assurance testing.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
